My Name is Val Anderson. Being from the Baby Boomer age group; I grew up hard working like my parents and my grandparents. I quickly found out that for the average paid person there was no way I could raise my family on a single household income. I had to work two jobs; and then three. My absence as a full time parent caused my family structure to suffer. My mental health and physical health suffered even more from the 70 hour plus work weeks.

Things really spiraled out of control when I had a TIA stroke or mini stroke. Even though I quickly rebounded, I just was not the same. My memory and cognitiveness was no where near what it was before being hospitalized. My job performance and productivity expectations began to decline. I became desparate. Through the power of the internet I found freedom on my own terms and I am now living a happier and healthier life. I had no technical background and no real computer knowledge.
